Members of the department run and organize various workshops: the ones targeting researcher and academia as well as the ones in collaboration with primary, secondary schools and various organizations. Some of them are organised on the yearly basis such as:

• Encompassing Computer Science workshop: Workshop designed for researchers at UP and beyond whos research overlaps with computer science and who want to present their ongoing and curently finished research to foster new collaborations.
• Orada (sea beam) in Slovenian only: Workshop designed for primary and secondary school students who are interested in computer science and who would like to spend part of the summer / autumn holidays in a fun and interesting way.
