The main purpose of the Science for Life project is to popularize the research profession and introduce it to the general public, esp. the youth. Through various activities, the project raises awareness of the important role of researchers, science and its impact on all areas of human activity. At the same time, the project informs of various European and national funding programmes and other activities aimed at researchers’ career development, research work, equipment and attractive working conditions.
“Inventing the Wheel Cross-Media Documentary Project” presented at the Festival of Slovenian Film
Researchers from UP FAMNIT have developed an Augmenter Reality application for the cross-media documentary titled "Reinventing the Wheel". The documentary has been presented this weekend at the Festival of Slovenian Film in Portorož.
