\n\tHuman resources need to be addressed at the beginning of planning the business since their work will contribute to realization of our plans in practice. The employees are an important capital of the company and are a major source of competitive advantage. In relation to the work employees and employers have particular obligations and rights that need to be understood and taken into account. The activities of employees need to be planed, organized and coordinated, supervised and directed towards the objectives stated in the plan. It is thus necessary that employers understand the background processes of these tasks.
\n\tThe lecture will briefly present the key features of the tasks mentioned with an emphasis on young companies. We will also outline some tips on the potential savings while opening a new business.<\/p>\n
