\nThe seminar will describe RNA structures, algorithms that are used in bioinformatics for predicting RNA secondary structures including pseudoknots and how to define RNA secondary structure including pseudoknots with transformational grammar which encloses the context-free grammars and goes beyond to generate pseudoknotted structures.<\/p>\n
