On Saturday, 14th of October, FAMNIT held the final round of UPM coding competition for 2017 which is organised by\u00a0ACM Slovenia. Participants\u00a0from all Slovenia competed for the grand\u00a0title of UPM and for\u00a0titles within each of the\u00a0three public universities.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The competition is also a qualifier for Central\u00a0Europe Regional Contest \u2013 CERC 2017.<\/p>\n

First three places were scooped by teams from University of Ljubljana:<\/p>\n

1. place: Jure Slak, Maks Kolman, Marko Ljubotina (Ekipa Pitoni~~)<\/p>\n

2. place: \u017eiga \u017eeljko, Martin Peterlin, \u017ean Knafelc (ekikpa Final Solution)<\/p>\n

3. place: Filip Koprivec, Filip Peter Lebar, Luka Kolar (ekipa https:\/\/muzik.si)<\/p>\n

In the competition we had\u00a060 competing groups and 168 competitors. In the final round best 22 groups and 55 competitors competed for the grand prize.<\/p>\n

The competition also brought champions for each university these are:<\/p>\n

Champions for University of Maribor<\/b>: Izak Glasen\u010dnik, Nejc Ma\u010dek, Robi Novak (ekipa ‘); DROP TABLE Teams;<\/i>)<\/p>\n

Champions for University of Ljubljana<\/b>: Jure Slak, Maks Kolman, Marko Ljubotina (ekipa Pitoni~~<\/i>)<\/p>\n

Champions for University of\u00a0 Primorska<\/b>: Mikita Akulich, Daniil Baldovski, Anton Uramer (ekipa PSPACE’<\/i>)<\/p>\n
