Title: Who’s enterpreneur

Summary:
Only if we understand what entrepreneurship is and what characterises a particular trade, we can discern whether we are ready to jump into the entrepreneurial waters. As classic employment is in decline, an entrepreneur need to find opportunities (not employment), needs to turne these into work (not employment) and needs to grow with experiences (not hierarchical promotions). Striking a balance between security and freedom is no longer in place, because employment security is not present anymore . Therefore, it is essential for many of us to try the enterpeneurship and before starting we must be armed with a clear picture of it.
