UP FAMNIT organised the finals University Programming Marathon (UPM) on Saturday 11th of October 2014. UPM is organised under the auspices of ACM Slovenia. The competition teams compete in solving programming problems. The winners of the individual universities are then competing at the European Championships in programming.
In the finals were also 2 teams from UP FAMNIT. For StackOverflow team competed Aleksandar Todorovic and Marko Tavčar who have achieved an impressive 6th place in the overall standings. For the second team TopCoder competed furst year students Vladan Jovicic, Marko Palangetič and Roman Solodukhin.
