On 14th of October HICUP Lab visited Sato Laboratory at the Department of Systems Science and Applied Informatics, Osaka University. We were hosted by professor Daisuke Iwai and his students and engaged in informal workshop exchanging knowledge and research ideas though lab demonstrations. On 11th of October Matjaž Kljun and Klen Čopič Pucihar visited University of Tokyo and gave talks at International Workshop on CG, AR/VR and Human Augmentation. As part of the visit Matjaž and Klen visited User Interface Research Group known (IGARASHI Lab), Cyber Interface Lab, and Living Lab Hongo. The laboratories are leaders in the field of User interface design and Human Computer interaction. The visit opened new collaboration possibilities for researchers and students through graduate student and research internships.  

Assistant professors Matjaž Kljun and Klen Čopič Pucihar gave lectures to masters and PhD students at the Graduate School of Information Science at Nara Institute of Science and Technology in Japan.
